How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used.
How do I clean my Freeze Pipe products?
We recommend using a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt for the glass. For the glycerin coils, simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth; do not submerge the coil in boiling water.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with a generic return address to ensure your privacy.
What happens if my item arrives broken?
While we pack our items with extreme care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
