Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and remains in the original packaging. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any glass that has been used.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items with ample padding to prevent breakage during transit. Include your RMA number inside the box to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
